We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients and maintain the highest level of service, we ask that you please adhere to the following cancellation policy: * Cancellations or Rescheduling: We kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, 50% of the service price will be charged. * Day-of Cancellations, Rescheduling, or No-Shows: If you cancel, reschedule, or do not show up on the day of your appointment, 100% of the service price will be charged. The time reserved for your appointment is specifically for you, and we appreciate your understanding of our need to enforce this policy to best serve all of our clients.
